Water and exercise should be a regular part of your daily routine. If you can stomach eating veggies and lean proteins for a week or two along with getting in at least 64 ounces of water and plenty of exercise you will definitely lose weight fast. This doesn’t sound very appealing but it works extremely well if you want drop pound very quickly.
Your initial quick weight loss will not be maintained if you go back to your old ways. If you choose this method you can really start your diet off with a head of steam. Of course, you will want to consult your doctor if you want to lose weight fast. This is the first step in any weight reduction program.
